Key focus areas for Operations include improving time-to-market of new developments, reducing exceptions through enhanced workflows and automation, optimizing trading and financing costs, valuing funds, and managing liquidity and collateral.
The OPS Valuation team ensures the reliability of fund performance through key processes like reconciliations, NAV oversight, and cost monitoring, working closely with internal teams and external counterparties.
