  • The CRM/Data Generalist will manage reporting, analyze performance metrics, source new sales opportunities, and streamline processes as the operational backbone of the team.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience managing customer databases, optimizing ticketing services, data analysis/visualization, and leveraging CRM tools to improve audience insights and sales performance.
