Two years contact center experience required
Advanced MS Office skills including Excel and Access
Knowledge of FDCPA TCPA CCPA regulatory environment
Nice-to-have

VBA coding and SQL SAS experience
Oracle database and BI reporting experience
Key Requirements
Associates Degree required with Bachelor's preferred
