The primary purpose of this job position is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan.
Essential duties include assisting residents with daily functions such as bathing, dressing, and mobility, as well as monitoring vital signs and reporting changes in condition.
The role requires maintaining resident confidentiality and creating a warm, personal, and positive atmosphere for residents.
