- 2 years contract (with chance of extension or conversion to perm) - Up to $3,500 + PB + Annual Increment - Mon – Fri: 8am - 5.30pm - Depot Road Job Responsibilities: Manage admin & welfare programmes, contractors/partners, customers and other stakeholders. Collaborate with contractors/partners to ensure admin & welfare programmes meet SLAs/KPIs. Conduct regular reviews of work processes to improve team efficiency and productivity. Answer all enquiries related to admin & welfare programmes. Manage procurement (purchase requests/orders) and monitor payment status Investigate and resolve customer feedback and complaints. Prepare regular reports on programme performance. Perform any other duties as requested for the management of admin & welfare programmes.
