Job Summary

  • The Director of Assurance Wireless provides end-to-end leadership and full profit-and-loss (P&L) ownership for T-Mobile’s Assurance Wireless Lifeline business and carries accountability for strategic direction, operational execution, financial performance, and regulatory compliance.
  • The Director is responsible for meeting, documenting, and tracking all Assurance Wireless–related merger commitments, as well as Consent Decree obligations, including operational compliance with ETC, federal, and state regulatory designations.
