Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or 4 years managed care experience
  • 2 years health care administration experience
  • Direct provider communication experience
  • Ability to travel including overnight stays
  • Extensive knowledge of contracts, applications, and products
  • Proficiency in provider reimbursement methods
  • Working knowledge of claims processing systems
  • Effective organizational and planning skills
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
