Job Summary
The primary purpose of this position is to apply intensive knowledge of engineering principles to ensure customer expectations are met while advancing Integer's technological capabilities.
You will lead projects involving complex new technologies, evaluate business trends, and serve as a subject matter expert deploying expertise across multiple organizations.
The role includes supervising up to 4-5 technicians, championing the Manufacturing Excellence culture, and ensuring adherence to FDA regulations and Quality Management Systems.
