Job Summary
This role will be instrumental in negotiating vendor contracts, managing vendor compliance, and aligning procurement activities with legal, regulatory, and operational standards.
Responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, leading procurement efforts for software and services supporting EHR and RCM platforms, and managing the vendor contract lifecycle.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of healthcare IT procurement, particularly in software licensing, data privacy, healthcare regulation and third-party risk management.
