Job Summary

• Manage marketing and fundraising for products on the alternative investment platform as well as investment planning and portfolio construction for customized private equity investment programs with Japanese investors.
• Liaise with senior investment team members and Japanese sales force, legal, finance, and operations teams to deliver materials and prepare responses to Requests for Proposal and other prospect/client inquiries.
• Lead communication with Japanese investors such as financial institutions and pension funds on a daily basis to conduct various client services.

Key Requirements

• Six (6) years of experience with Japanese financial institutions or investors
• Six (6) years of experience conducting financial modeling
• Three (3) years of experience marketing and fundraising
• Three (3) years of experience conducting private equity portfolio construction
• Three (3) years of experience reviewing private equity legal documents
• Three (3) years of experience performing legal side letter negotiations
• Fluent in Japanese (read, write, speak)
