Job Summary

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through phone, email, and online communication, delivering a high standard of service and responsiveness.
  • Support the end-to-end sales process, including customer communications related to contracts, order processing, shipment tracking, delivery confirmation, invoicing, and payment coordination.
  • Develop a strong foundation in the LiDAR and autonomy ecosystem, with a clearly defined growth path into an outside, quota-carrying sales role within 6–12 months.
