Manage virtual and executive coaching programs, including vendor management, daily operations, and budget, and lead Executive Talent Management Review work.
Manage the integration and onboarding of acquisitions to Abbott talent development processes, philosophies, and resources, ensuring effectiveness of existing talent development applications.

Key Requirements
