Salary
Base: $147,000 - $180,000 USD; Bonus/Equity: Discretionary annual variable target incentive (15% to 35% of base pay); Benefits: Medical, vision, dental, 401(k), PTO, tuition reimbursement

Must-have
7+ years solution architecture experience
Federal health IT sales support
VistA API and HL7/FHIR integrations
Pre-sales capture and proposal leadership
Legacy and modern hybrid environment design
Nice-to-have
Trusted advisor to clinical stakeholders
Experience with mission-critical healthcare
Strong communication with executive audiences
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
7+ years in solution architecture or health IT
Experience supporting federal health IT sales
Proven ability in regulated healthcare environments
