Wayne-Sanderson Farms is seeking an Offal Technician to oversee operations related to offal screening and waste management processes. The role requires strong mechanical knowledge, the ability to work independently, and adherence to safety and compliance standards

Job Summary

  • Primarily responsible for overseeing the operation and compliance of our offal screening, DAF, sludge production/dewatering, and chemical mixing/injection system.
  • Monitors and operates offal equipment and machinery such as tumble screens, augers, pumps, motors, dewatering equipment, compressors, chemical feed equipment, etc.
  • Must always use and maintain personal protective equipment, and work in compliance with all company policies, NCC Animal Welfare Guidelines, and local, state and federal policies, laws and regulations.
