Key Requirements

  • Current Performance at least 90% YTD or ≥ BU/TA national in sales performance
  • Rating of at least 3 in the MR Capability Assessment
  • Not under Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) at time of application
  • No COC violation or suspension in the last 12 months
  • Endorsed by DBM, NSM/BUH
