Manage and control all legal related work in relation to the group companies’ business in order to procure and protect the rights and benefits and prevent any in compliance risks.
Conduct research on legal issues and provide knowledge and awareness to management, colleagues, group companies, business partners and related suppliers or service providers.
Update and educate other departments of related new laws or regulations.
