Key Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years leadership experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience in fabrication or machine shop operations
  • Demonstrated Lean Manufacturing experience
  • Inventory management and MRP experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems
  • Understanding of machining processes and drawings
