Job Summary

• The Product Line Manager demonstrates leadership for product, defining and driving the Product Lifecycle Management Plan and Strategy, including market expertise and analysis, brand and price positioning, product development and launch, and go-to-market strategy.
• This position is responsible for meeting annual and long-term financial goals of BW Converting’s Bag product line, which includes the Hudson-Sharp brand, by implementing multi-generation product plans and influencer marketing strategies.
• Essential functions include developing and driving the execution of the Product Lifecycle Management Plan, leading product line initiatives through cross-functional engagement, and designing and driving go-to-market planning and execution.
