The position requires an Associate Degree in respiratory care, relevant certifications, and a preferred background in an acute or subacute setting.

Job Summary
The primary purpose of this position is to perform respiratory/pulmonary therapy, management, rehabilitation, diagnostic evaluation, and direct care to patients with deficiencies affecting the pulmonary system.
Employees must assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition and report changes in respiratory status to the Director/Supervisor and physician as needed.
The role requires maintaining strict confidentiality of all resident care information and promptly reporting any suspected violations of protected health information disclosure.
