Job Summary

  • Safely set up, operate, shut down and CIP the evaporators in a satisfactory, economical and quality manner, maintaining required solids and chemical concentration and pH targets.
  • Responsible for filling crystallizers and setting the appropriate cooling rates for the crystallization of whole whey, deproteinized whey and Lactose in preparation for drying.
