The role involves planning and facilitating various activities to meet the physical, mental, and psychosocial needs of residents in compliance with regulatory standards

Job Summary

  • Assist the Activity Director in running a creative and interactive activities program in accordance with federal, state, local, and corporate standards.
  • Participate in planning and conducting individual, small, and large group activities, and assist in developing monthly activity calendars and maintaining attendance records.
  • Encourage resident participation in self-initiated activities and assist with assessment documentation and quarterly progress notes.
