Job Summary

• We're building a connected, end-to-end Enterprise AI engine uniting data foundations, AI technology, process reinvention, and business-facing AI to accelerate results across the whole value chain.
• In this highly visible role, you will report to the Head of Strategy & Innovation, Commercial AI, and partner with other Enterprise AI leads to apply your expertise and experience in leading change to prioritized digital technology and AI projects.
• The position offers a competitive annual base pay ranging from $147,507.20 to $221,260.80 USD with additional bonus, equity, and comprehensive benefits including retirement plans, paid leave, and health coverage.

Key Requirements

• Master’s degree or higher in relevant subject
• 7+ years experience in life sciences management or strategy consulting
• Experience leading high-profile digital technology and AI projects
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to influence decision makers at all levels
• Ability to succeed in ambiguous environments
• Experience in drug commercialization and/or discovery desirable
