5+ years proven success as a Project Manager for construction/renovation projects in a healthcare environment
Ability to read, understand, track, and develop budgets, cash flows, and schedules
Highly organized, works independently, is task driven, and able to meet multiple deadlines simultaneously
Strong attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Computer proficiency, including MS Word, Excel, and knowledge of project management software
