Key Requirements

  • 5+ years proven success as a Project Manager for construction/renovation projects in a healthcare environment
  • Ability to read, understand, track, and develop budgets, cash flows, and schedules
  • Highly organized, works independently, is task driven, and able to meet multiple deadlines simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Computer proficiency, including MS Word, Excel, and knowledge of project management software
