Job Summary

  • Activities related to college teaching and learning including instructional planning, teaching, and learning in topics that include, but are not limited to: electrical, powertrains, hydraulics and general maintenance of heavy construction equipment and trucks in classroom and shop setting.
  • Work closely with program advisory committee to maintain and enhance curriculum and assess program outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • Diploma in heavy equipment maintenance or diesel and heavy equipment technology
  • Four years of verified related paid work experience
  • One year of work experience within the last five years
  • Class A commercial driver's license
  • American Red Cross Instructor certification eligibility
