Job Summary
Play an active role in assisting the Business Performance Manager to Drive robust planning and outlook processes across the business to ensure excellent forecasts, strategic plans and operating plans are developed.
Prepare monthly, business performance management reporting packages, create dashboards and KPI reports for leadership, and conduct profitability, cost, and trend analysis.
Collaborate with department heads to understand financial drivers, provide financial insights to support operational decisions, and support new initiatives with financial modeling and ROI analysis.
