Job Summary

  • As a Capabilities & Learning Manager, you will be responsible for designing and delivering Capabilities & Learning Programs, workshops, and resources that enhance the skills and knowledge of our teams.
  • Own the design, development, and delivery of a capabilities & learning portfolio on a global scale, including overall project management, instructional design, budgeting, and vendor management.
  • Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of programs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
