Job Summary

  • Deliver ServiceNow implementations and enhancements for Deeeplabs’ customers, configuring and developing the platform to meet client requirements.
  • Build reliable workflows, integrations, and user experiences across ITSM and related modules, following ServiceNow best practices.
  • Work directly with customers and internal teams to gather requirements, propose solution designs, and deliver high-quality outcomes.
