The primary purpose of this role is to design and direct an ongoing program of activities that meets the comprehensive assessment needs of each resident.
The incumbent must keep abreast of current federal and state regulations while assisting in developing plans of correction for any activity deficiencies noted during government surveys.
This position requires frequent standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds while managing the overall supervision of the activity staff.
