The primary purpose of this job position is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan.
Essential duties include monitoring resident condition, recording information, assisting with personal care, and ensuring resident comfort and safety.
The role requires a Certified Nursing Assistant license and the ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and assisting residents.
