Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or 4 years of manufacturing experience
  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Quality, and Operational Excellence
  • Experience with Lean tools – 5S, Kanban, Setup reduction, Poka-yoke, and Value Stream Mapping
  • Six Sigma Green / Black belt certification or equivalent quality certification
  • Ability to prove U.S. Person status
