Apex Group is seeking a Senior Operations Officer for its Fund Operations team in Abu Dhabi, responsible for managing trade lifecycle, NAV computation, and performance fee oversight. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in middle office operations, particularly with multi-asset class settlements and fund structures

Job Summary

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for trade lifecycle management, NAV computation, and performance fee oversight across both open-ended and closed-ended fund structures.
  • Execute and oversee trade settlements across equities, fixed income, derivatives, and OTC instruments, and manage end-to-end trade lifecycle including trade capture, confirmation, matching, and settlement.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external clients on operational queries, trade status, and reporting matters, and build and maintain strong relationships with fund administrators, custodians, prime brokers, and counterparties.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience
  • Expertise in open-ended and closed-ended fund structures

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • CFA, CAIA, or CISI certifications preferred
