Key responsibilities include culture and strategic HR support, performance management, talent and leadership development, labor relations, HR governance, and operational support.
The ideal candidate will have solid experience in a senior HR Business Partner role, ideally in an international or matrix organization, with sound knowledge of Nordic labor environments.
