Job Summary

  • The Leave Management Specialist manages the Leave Management Program for the Department of Residential Facilities employees and serves as the department liaison for ADA accommodations led by University HR.
  • This role provides responsive guidance to employees and supervisors, ensures accurate documentation and Workday coordination, and supports operational continuity in a university residential environment through consistent, confidential leave and accommodation administration.
  • The position will require access to areas using ladders and/or scaffolding and to be on sites during periods of inclement weather, working outdoors, in confined spaces, utility rooms, and at rooftop elevations to assess/inspect safety conditions.
