Job Summary
The co-op will partner with the Early and Emerging Talent and TA Operations teams to enhance the student, intern, and co-op candidate experience while supporting scalable, future-ready recruitment practices.
The co-op will rotate across two core pillars, gaining exposure to both strategy and execution: Early and Emerging Talent Focus and TA Operations Focus.
By the end of the co-op, the student will have hands-on experience in enterprise TA Operations and Early Talent strategy, tangible deliverables used by the Talent Acquisition team, and exposure to AI, automation, and data-driven recruiting practices.
