• In the prosecution role, your primary responsibility will be to provide clear and effective directions on investigations and prosecutions and prosecute tax offences in the courts.
• The Prosecution, Corporate & Legislation Branch focuses on prosecuting tax offences in the courts, corporate counsel work and drafting of tax legislation.
