  • Lead the strategic evolution of the client reporting function by aligning reporting capabilities with global business objectives, regulatory change, and client expectations.
  • Define and execute the strategic roadmap for client reporting, including digital transformation and automation, and build and lead a high-performing leadership bench and talent pipeline.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders across functions to co-create reporting solutions and influence enterprise strategy, while continuously assessing industry trends and client needs to evolve the reporting model.
