Job Summary
Utilize legal and business skills to analyze tax risks associated with transactions and make commercial decisions relating to transactional risk insurance coverage with respect to complex domestic and cross-border transactions.
Manage deal processes with clients, Marsh client executives, clients’ outside counsel, and the carriers who provide coverage in the transactional risk insurance space.
Prepare and present marketing and informational materials relating to transactional risk insurance and Marsh’s specific product offerings to clients, law firms, accounting firms, and at conferences and other venues.
