Job Summary
This role leads the design, procurement, installation, and launch of large-scale metal stamping presses to enable safe and efficient production.
The position requires applying Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) principles and ensuring full compliance with Environmental, Health & Safety standards.
Candidates must partner cross-functionally to support Lean manufacturing strategies and maximize Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
7+ years tooling procurement experience
3+ years managing metal stamping projects
Bachelor of Science in Engineering or equivalent
Experience with mechanical/servo transfer presses
Knowledge of APQP principles
Nice-to-have
Proficiency in Auto Form simulation software
Experience with Lean process improvements
Familiarity with Quick Die Changeover methods
Previous involvement in New Product Introduction programs
Skilled in ProE, SolidWorks, or Creo
Key Requirements
Minimum 7 years total experience in tooling procurement
At least 3 years managing large metal stamping capital projects
5+ years experience with progressively complex Metal Stamping projects
Journeymen or certified tool & die apprenticeship program graduate
Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering or related discipline
