Job Summary
The Dean of Secondary Programs provides visionary leadership and oversight for the Hope Collegiate Academy, Texarkana Collegiate Academy, Hope Secondary Career Center, and Texarkana Secondary Career Center.
This position supports collaborative planning and implementation of academic programming, student advising, budget management, scheduling, registration, and stakeholder communication.
The Dean fosters a culture of academic excellence, student success, and program growth.

Key Requirements
