Key Requirements

  • Degree Qualified – BSc or MSc – in Quantity Surveying / Cost Management
  • Professionally Qualified – On the Statutory Register of Quantity Surveyors in Ireland
  • Chartered Quantity Surveying Status with the RICS or SCSI
  • Excellent IT Skills
  • Ability to utilize digital measurement, cost planning, and tender document tools
