As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will serve as the operational gatekeeper for position management, requisition creation, offer review, and hire data validation for a defined business area.
This hybrid role is based in Lehi, UT with in-office work Monday through Thursday and remote work on Fridays, requiring minimal travel and primarily computer-based sedentary work.

Must-have
Position management and requisition governance
Offer review and compensation validation
Hire data review and system accuracy
Experience with ATS and HRIS systems
High attention to detail and data accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Nice-to-have
Experience in headcount governance
Analytical mindset for system impacts
Strong communication skills
Ability to manage competing deadlines
Comfort with structured processes and governance
Key Requirements
2–4 years experience in Talent Acquisition or HR Operations
