The Lead Facilities Maintenance Technician oversees the maintenance, repair, and operational efficiency of building systems and equipment.
This role provides technical leadership to maintenance staff while performing hands-on maintenance work across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.

Key Requirements
5+ years of facilities maintenance experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Technical/trade school certification preferred
Valid driver's license
Associate degree in facilities management, mechanical engineering, or related field (preferred)
Journeyman certification in electrical, HVAC, or plumbing trades (preferred)
