Homestead Post Acute is seeking an RN Supervisor for the 3rd shift, with no weekend requirements, to oversee nursing activities and ensure quality care in accordance with regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will have a BSN, supervisory experience, and a current RN license

Job Summary

  • The primary responsibility of the RN Supervisor is to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility during your tour of duty.
  • Supervise, instruct and assist LVN/LPN Nurses, Treatment Nurses and CNAs in provision of care with prompt response to call signals.
  • Participate in development, maintenance and implementation of the facility’s quality assurance program for the nursing department.
