Base: $188,000 - $282,000 CAD (Vancouver); Base: $128,000 - $192,000 CAD (Other CAN locations); Bonus/Equity: Eligible for Workday Bonus Plan and annual refresh stock grants
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
4+ years applied machine learning experience
2+ years PyTorch or TensorFlow framework experience
3+ years hosting ML models in production at scale
2+ years Large Language Models (LLMs) experience
3+ years cloud computing platforms AWS or GCP
Nice-to-have
Deep understanding of statistical analysis algorithms
Experience with graph neural network models
Proven track record leading ML engineering teams
Ability to solve ambiguous open-ended problems
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, physics, math or equivalent
Master's or PhD preferred
Proven track record of mentoring and managing ML Engineering teams
Experience taking products through applied research to production-based evaluation
