The Business Applications Analyst – Sell & Retain is a solution-oriented analyst responsible for supporting and evolving non-SAP applications and integrations that enable selling, customer retention, pricing execution, regulatory compliance touchpoints, and downstream customer experience.
This role partners closely with Commercial, Pricing, Customer Experience, and DT teams to ensure systems are stable, compliant, and aligned with business needs.
