You will be required to develop work assignments, delegate authority to Charge Nurses, and ensure sufficient staffing levels for licensed nurses and certified nursing assistants.
The role involves participating in facility surveys, developing discharge plans, and maintaining compliance with all current federal, state, and local regulations.
