  • 3+ years supervisory experience in maintenance environment
  • Hands-on experience with artillery weapons, LAV, AAV, JLTV, HMMWV
  • Ability to interpret technical manuals and engineering drawings
  • Knowledge of diesel, turbine engines, transmissions, and hydraulic systems

  • Experience managing maintenance shop operations and workflow
