Job Summary

• The IFM Transformation Director serves as the strategic second-in-command to the IFM Director while leading comprehensive transformation initiatives across our integrated facilities management portfolio.
• This role combines executive-level operational leadership with program management expertise to drive innovation, standardization, and performance excellence across all facilities services.
