  • AHA BLS certification within 30 days
  • AHA PALS Provider certification within 180 days
  • ASLS Advanced Stroke Life Support within 180 days
  • NIH Stroke Scale Certification within 365 days
  • Nonviolent Crisis Intervention Training Program within 365 days
  • Patient Care Orientation if no recent hospital experience
