Ensures safe, efficient, and compliant operations while delivering results across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and People (SQDCP) through the application of BD Excellence.
Lead and develop the Manufacturing Unit team with a focus on capability building, engagement, and accountability.

Key Requirements

5 years of manufacturing experience

Experience in a regulated, automated, high-volume manufacturing environment
